delete the account with the specified id
Only an anonymous account (secondary) can be merged into another account (primary). The primary account can be anonymous or registered.
The secondary account gets marked as INACTIVE.
All bookings are booked to 0 with a reverse booking and the target account gets replicated bookings of the source account.
All identifiers ar moved to the target account.
